david-rosen-oregon-accident-injury-attorneyDavid Rosen’s interest in personal accident or injury work developed well before law school.  In 2001, David was cycling in Boulder, Colorado and was struck by a minivan that turned in front of him.  The impact from the accident fractured his knee cap and tore his ACL, knee tendon, and meniscus.  David took an active role in pursuing the legal case against the driver, so he knows first-hand what it’s like to be a Plaintiff in a personal accident or injury case.

David brings over six years of experience working in a legal environment to Dwyer Williams and Potter, including three years as an economist where he analyzed damage theories in various types of cases.  He recently returned to Bend with his wife after living in Washington, D.C. for the past nine years.   While living in the Capital, David focused his practice on counseling and defending clients on litigation matters involving consumer protection and false advertising claims.  David also advised his clients of congressional and regulatory changes to consumer protection laws.

He attended the University of Maryland School of Law on a full merit scholarship.  While in law school, David served as a law fellow in Senator Wyden’s office, and as a law clerk at the Department of Justice.  In addition to his J.D., David obtained a Certificate of Concentration in Environmental Law.
