snowmobile accident caseClient on a snowmobile trip in Eastern Oregon. At the end of the day, he takes a jump he and his group had been jumping earlier in the day. Unbeknownst to him, another member of his group had driven his snowmobile into the landing zone of the jump. Once client is in the air, he sees the snowmobile, but there is nothing he can do. He collides with the other snowmobile, sustaining significant brain injuries as a result. He was a surgeon, but could no longer perform surgery as a result of the brain accident or injury. Other attorneys turn him down, claiming the case was “too tough.”

We took on the case, and with our help, it settled for $2,400,000. This was the maximum amount of all insurance available.
